Frequently Asked Questions

Typically we work as a white-label supplier — you receive the results, your client only sees your brand. For technically complex projects, we can also be embedded directly in your project team, for example for discussions with your client.
We work by default with fixed prices on a project basis. For projects where scope is hard to estimate, we charge day rates. We provide a non-binding proposal after the free briefing.
For a one-week analysis, a few days suffice. Larger projects we plan with one to two weeks lead time. If you have regular demand, we can agree on fixed capacity.
We sign an NDA before every project. Data is processed exclusively GDPR-compliant and deleted after project completion. For sensitive data, we work directly on your systems via VPN — so no data leaves your infrastructure.
All results — code, models, documentation — become your full property. No license fees, no usage restrictions. We settle this contractually before project start.
Every project ends with complete documentation and a handover to your team. The timeframe for post-project support is agreed contractually. Maintenance and further development can be arranged as a separate agreement.
